Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. General

This website and the "Schedualer" software product are operated by the business at Kidar 4, Sha'ar Binyamin, Israel("we", "us"). Using the website and purchasing the product are subject to these terms. Browsing and/or purchasing constitutes agreement to them.

2. The product

Schedualer is a desktop application (Windows) for scheduling and publishing content to social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X), including optional AI-assisted content creation using the user's own OpenAI key. The purchase is a one-time license to use the software on one computer, with no time limit and no further payment. The free version may be used without a license.

3. Price and payment

The price shown on the site ($249) includes VAT where applicable. Payment is by credit card through an external, secure payment provider (PayPlus), which processes card details directly with the card companies. We neither store nor see your full card details.

4. Cancellation and refund policy

• You may cancel the purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no conditions attached and whether or not the license was used.
• In the event of a material technical fault that prevents reasonable use and that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, a full or partial refund will be considered at our good-faith discretion.
• To cancel or ask about a refund, write to natigiat@gmail.com with the purchase details (purchase email and date).

5. Privacy and data

Connected-account sessions, posts and API keys are stored locally on the user's computer, not on our servers. Text and images the user asks the AI to work on are sent to OpenAI for processing under OpenAI's privacy policy. On our servers we keep only what is needed to issue a license and provide support (the buyer's email address, license details) and the contact details visitors submit through the site's forms.

6. Third-party platforms

Publishing happens on social networks owned by third parties. The user is responsible for complying with each platform's terms of use. Platforms may change their websites, policies or limits at any time, which can temporarily or permanently affect publishing; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific platform integration.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the software, code, design and site content are reserved. Do not copy, distribute, reverse engineer or resell the software without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

The software is provided AS-IS. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable; the user is responsible for reviewing everything before it is published, and for the content they publish. We are not liable for business decisions, account restrictions imposed by a platform, or losses arising from use of the software.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Israel.
